The hotel's restaurant is a culinary delight with an amazing variety of fresh dishes. I loved the cozy vibe of the bar area, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring Tunis. Plus, the staff was super helpful during check-in, making it a breeze.

I ended up overpaying for a double while flying solo. Cleanliness wasn’t top-notch and the soap had an unpleasant smell, but the overall experience still had its bright spots.

The covered swimming pool was empty and out of service despite being a key feature in the promotional materials. The gym is very small, lacking equipment, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. I found dirt on the floor and the bathroom toiletries were not up to par, with some soap smelling unpleasant. Additionally, I encountered inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity during my stay, which was frustrating.

This hotel was a commendable fit for a weekend vacation in Tunis with good value. The staff was friendly and quickly brought us extra pillows when we requested them. Be mindful of timing if you want to use the swimming pool. it’s not always open.

Good value for money. The spacious room felt inviting, and having a fresh omelet made for breakfast was a lovely touch. The shower had reliable hot water. However, I faced some issues. the towels were worn out, and the bedsheet was too small for the double bed, which was uncomfortable. The lack of a fridge in the room made it difficult to keep drinks cold during the summer heat. I was disappointed that basic toiletries like shampoo and conditioner were not provided. Additionally, the stability of the table in the room was concerning. One morning, the staff member making the omelets was unresponsive and seemed frustrated, which affected my mood for the day. Despite these drawbacks, the location was secure, and the hotel maintained a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment.

The hotel is very modern and has recently been renovated. My room was well equipped, very clean, and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the friendly and attentive staff who were always willing to help with any requests I had.

I had a pleasant stay where the reception staff really stood out with their kindness, especially the night shift lady who was always smiling. The room was quite spacious and clean, making it a comfortable retreat after exploring the area. However, the cleanliness of the shower could be improved, as it had some grime that should have been addressed.

During my stay, I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which included a good variety daily with an omelet made just how I like it. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering me an upgrade when I needed some extra comfort.
